Psalm 34: 1. “I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.” Verses 4 and 5: “I sought the Lord and he answered me; he delivered me from all fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.”
The physical “tics” are still bad, it was particularly bad last night eating dinner with others, it was really very difficult. It is times like that when it feels like it is overtaking my body and it is hard to know how I can stop that. It feels overwhelming.
But today I choose to focus on worshipping God, regardless of how I am today. He remains amazing. He deserves the highest praise.
I also like the thought of him delivering me from my fears and shame..keep looking to Him.
